Warranty & refund policy
We build every wheel like it is going on our own truck. If we made the mistake, we make it right. Read below for how our warranty, remanufacturing and insurance coverage works.
Manufacturing guarantee
Every Rim Reaper wheel is forged, machined, polished and assembled by hand in Florida. We back each wheel with a 2-year structural warranty: if a defect in materials or workmanship originates from our manufacturing process, we take full responsibility and will remanufacture or replace the affected wheel at no cost to you.
Shipping insurance
We offer optional insurance on your packaging and freight. If selected, damage or loss that occurs in transit is covered and we will handle the replacement claim directly. Insurance details and cost are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
All sales are final
Because every wheel is built to order for your specific size, finish, bolt pattern and vehicle application, all sales are final once production begins. Cancellations or changes may only be made before the order moves into the forge stage. Please confirm your fitment and finish before checking out.
What is covered
- Cracks, porosity or flaws traceable to forging or machining
- Finish defects that were present when the wheel left our shop
- Out-of-round or balance issues caused by our assembly process
- Incorrect bolt pattern, bore or offset when confirmed by our spec card
What is not covered
- Damage from impacts, curbing, off-road abuse or improper installation
- Corrosion caused by harsh chemicals, salt or lack of maintenance
- Normal wear and tear on finishes after delivery and use
- Issues caused by incompatible tires, lug hardware or suspension geometry
How to start a warranty claim

Our team will inspect the issue and determine if it is manufacturing-related.

If approved, we will remanufacture or replace the wheel and ship it back to you.
This policy is effective as of 2026 and applies to all Rim Reaper Wheels products sold directly through our website or authorized affiliates. We reserve the right to request additional photos, documentation or inspection before approving a claim.
