Please read these terms carefully before using our site or placing an order. They govern your purchase, limit our liability and set the rules for how we do business together.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Rim Reaper Wheels website, placing an order, or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
Product representation
We make every effort to display finishes, colors and wheel designs accurately. Because every wheel is photographed and finished by hand, minor variations in polish, hue and reflection are normal and do not constitute a defect. Specifications listed on each product page are subject to final confirmation before production begins.
Orders, pricing and payment
All orders are built to your selected size, finish, bolt pattern and vehicle application. Once an order enters the forge stage, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price in effect at checkout is the price you will pay. Payment is collected at checkout through our Shopify-powered storefront.
Shipping and risk of loss
Delivery timelines are estimated at 40–50 days total, split between manufacturing and shipping, with a maximum of 60 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or supply-chain disruptions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rim Reaper Wheels and its owners, employees, affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our products, website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
All content, images, logos, product names, designs and trademarks on this site are the property of Rim Reaper Wheels. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The Rim Reaper name, skull logo and RR center-cap mark are registered or pending trademarks.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rim Reaper Wheels, its owners, employees, affiliates and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of our products after delivery. This includes claims related to improper installation, vehicle modification, or use outside of the intended application.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
